This new ride born 2004 is a great addition to the roller coasters at alton towers and offers a different thrill than those currently in residence. The spinning car design and intricate track layout provides breath catching moments and involuntary screams as you very high the near vertical twists and turns provide enough thrill for anybody seeking one. One thing that may be seen as a let down to this ride are the queue times that are consistent throughout the day, however this is to be expected with a new addition to the park and for a ride of this quality.
Spinball Wizzer has been themed as the name suggests in the style of a pinball game, the cars are silver and represent the ball, the track is blue and red representing the track of the ball. The surrounding area has been appropriately themed also to support this design, The ride itself offers a fast, thrilling new experience to alton towers that entraps not only the thrill seekers but families too.
